Discharge problems need advice please

Ever since I was about 15 I get a lot discharge EVERY day and it’s always there on my underwear it’s the thin white slime type, been to the doctors they never get concerned and say it’s normal. I get so insecure when ever my husband wants to pull my underwear off and even after I have my afternoon shower I have to hide my dirty underwear from my husband I never put it in our dirty clothes basket I’m afraid he will see it and I’ll get really embarrassed 😭 some days it will have a light smell. Does anyone else get this or know any tips to at least reduce discharge? Thanks in advance
