I’m a worry wart pregzilla

I’ve been cramping most of my six weeks of pregnancy. I just found out two weeks ago. But they feel like bad period cramps. They got so bad the other night I went to the ER just to be safe. He was a complete ass. He came in my room and basically told me “it could be nothing. But there is a chance you are starting to miscarry”. It was overall the worst Er experience ever. But I did get to get a ultra sound, my first one was suppose to be the 25th..

Now this is my first pregnancy. But I don’t think I’m six weeks. I think I’m less. But I also don’t know because I’ve never seen one this early on.

But this is my little picture. I’m trying not to be paranoid. But is it normal not to see anything ? 😂 I feel so dumb.
