So glow had my ovulation day on Wednesday the 8th yesterday ...and I've been charting my cervical mucus and temp and I was cramping bad on my right ovarie the 6th Monday all day mostly through Tuesday the 7th ....and now glow changed my ovulation date to Monday ? So my question now is glow very accurate and my second question is can sperm live for 3 days because if I really did ovulate Monday which I believe I did I always cramp when I ovulate on one side that means I have 2-3 day old sperm in me I'm just curious I've been ttc for a couple weeks now
