I had the same thing with this pregnancy just one sac and one baby the other baby passed away now I’m only having a boy

at 5 weeks all we could see on my ultrasound (internal, yuck) was the sac. Maybe baby is too small?

Sometimes 2 sacs can develop but only have one baby when this happens the empty sac can cause a possible Mc or bleeding and this puts you at high risk until the second sac disappears. Now it could also be that the baby in the second sac is smaller then the one seen. So talk with your doctor and try to rest and stay calm until then. My prayers go out to you and I pray everything goes alright.
