Same time each day, and the closer you get to your fertile window I would suggest twice a day. (Morning and night). Some women can ovulate in between the tests and you could miss it. I tested twice a day everyday until it said positive, then BD like crazy. lol

U want to test at the same time because ur body starts producing lh in the morning. So if u tested at 10 am yesterday and today u dont test till 7, itll make a big difference. I agree that u should test twice a day too. I start testing at 11am and 11pm the day after af. I also tape them onto a piece of paper and wright the date and time. That way i can watch the line getting darker
