Baby Registry Help! Calling all mamas

Okay so it's the norm in our country for the registry to include some the pricey stuff because groups of friends usually pitch in. HOWEVER, the big stuff has now been purchased and I still have lots of people asking for my registry. I don't know what to add that I may have missed. Most essentials have already been purchased.
