Don't know what to get him

Ladies i don't know what to get my dad for father's day. I just found out he has cirrhosis of the liver from drinking so no Alcohol and that his sugar levels are up so no sugar. I can't think of anything at the moment. Someone please tell me some ideas on what to get.
