I’m 28, 5’1 and I weigh 219. How much weight should I considering losing to be considered healthy?

I’ve tried losing weight since November. I was 227 and I got down to 205. Whenever I’m going through a rough time in my life I tend to use food as my comfort. So I gained my weight back and I feel so disgusting, unhappy and insecure.

My fiancé is a great motivator and I love him for that but with full time school and work I no longer have the time to go back to the gym. So besides exercising again, what can I do to start getting back healthy? I wanted to try Keto but I don’t even know where to start😩😢
