Does this sound like too much?

Me and his father recently started having contact with each other three months ago.

After him not being in mine or my sons life for a year (we had a lot of negativity and honestly it was the best decision for us to break contact for that length of time)

Anyways things have been going so good, he sees our son, helps out, always FaceTimes him when he cants actually see him, and has just all around started becoming involved. Which is huge because before he wasn’t doing jack crap.

Anyways I wanted to let him know how much I appreciate him, but I’m not sure if this sounds too cheesy or personal. I don’t want to make anything awkward ya know.😂

**Also it says I really don’t know what I’d do with the kid.

I meant to say without the kid, I went back and fixed it but I can’t do that with the screenshot so before anybody points it or I knows it’s there.😂🤦🏻‍♀️
