Normal weight gain for 18 weeks?

So im almost 18 weeks pregnant and im just wondering what the recommended weight gain is? Ive gained about 10lbs

I gained zero until the third trimester, and then I gained 20lbs in the final few weeks. I had a normal pre pregnancy BMI and no one was concerned. I think it varies, but normal weight gain throughout a pregnancy is 25-35 pounds.

I gained 3 🧐.  I’m not sure that’s enough for 17 weeks but I’m sure I’ll gain more as the pregnancy progresses. Especially now that I’m eating more 🙈

I’m a little heavier and was told to gain 15 pounds I’m 21 weeks and have gained nothing.

I’m 18+1 and I’ve only gained 2 lbs so far and I’m not showing at all.

dr goes based on you pre pregnancy weight when i found out i was pregnant my weight was 180 and i was told i have to gain 25lbs. 20weeks and 2days today and i've only gained 2lbs back from 4lbs that i lost in the first tri. if your dr isn't concerned of your weight gain don't worry that much
