knowing the right name

story of how we found the name for our baby girl:

we went through a lot of names, and I loved the name Ada, but worried it was too short.

when I pitched it to my SO, he said we could name her Adelaide and call her Ada. I didn't like the name Adelaide, but I said I'd think about it. so, I slept on it, and the next day, I realized--- I just knew--- her name was Adelaide. and I knew that it didn't matter whether I even liked the name or not, her name was Adelaide. so now we have a 5 month old named Adelaide! ha

did anyone else just know the name of their baby?
