I got a ??? For everyone who had twins ???

So I’m about 7 weeks and 3 days and I been very sick past 2 weeks in and out of the hospital I haven’t been able to keep anything down at all by any means like food or drink wise, they been putting me on ivs and all that fancy stuff and dr keeps saying before they did songram this what happens most time when u are having twins ur get more sick then normal , they did a sonogram I was about 6 weeks and 3 days and there was 1 baby is there chance that later in pregnancy 2 will show up has this happened to anyone else before ????
