Which one is more high risk?

Being diabetic and pregnant?
Smoking while pregnant?
Drinking while pregnant?
Just curious.

They are all high risk. Diabetes depending on what type you really can't do anything about. As long as it is well maintained it should be fine. Although drinking and smoking while pregnant is a choice, those pregnancies are extremely high risk because of the effects on the baby. Low birth weight, respiratory problems, fetal alcohol syndrome, death. That's only a few, there are a lot more.

All high risk but ones you can control is smoking and drinking a little easier than you can control being diabetic
Well what I think, I could be wrong about what's easier to control, I have never drank, smoked nor am I diabetic

I'm type 1 diabetic, with good control my dr has said I am same risk as anyone else. But ..... Having controlled diabetes whilst pregnant is the hardest thing I've ever done!!!! Lucky those smokers and drinkers can quit!!!

I think it depends how much of a drinker and smoker someone is... But they are all bad but I personally don't any birth defects with diabetes... If there are please let me know I really don't know. But drinking and smoking can cause birth defects and even death.

All three are not a risk if they are managed.

High risk for what? Diabetes puts you at risk for having a large baby which comes with its own risks and also puts baby at risk for having hypoglycemia after birth.
Alcohol greatly increases the risk for birth defects.
Smoking increases the risk of preterm labor, premature rupture of membranes, and the baby being small for gestational age.
So all three come with their own increased risk.
