Pregnancy symptoms ??

Okay soooo,sense I got my birth control out my bf has been pulling out except for like 4 times, well the first time he came in me was June 2nd, then the last time he came in me was lastnight, but between those two times he came in me like 2 other times, well anyway, I’ve been feeling tired, nausea, an my nipples are currently super sore an red, it’s been like 3 days now, and I’ve been wet asf!! Like super, i could be walking an I’ll feel like ijust started bleeding but it would just be a shit ton of clear shit , I took a test a few days ago but came up negative, maybe to early?? Idk but I need help, and somebody else’s input
