Very faint pink spotting

I was in the hospital on Friday- ruptured ovarian cyst ( the most painful thing ever!!)I’m 6weeks and 5 days pregnant so I was terrified! They did an internal ultrasound and found out baby was the right size and heart rate was 100 beats/min. (Thank god!) they took a urine sample and told me I also had a UTI- I had no signs therefore no clue. I called my OB and she looked at my scans on Friday and said everything was fine and just to rest. Its been 2 days and I’m cramping on and off and just found a very light pink discharge when I wipe. Should I be worried? Does a ruptured cyst cause spotting? This is my first pregnancy so I’m hypersensitive to everything.
