I have a female dog, and she's extremely swollen in the area circled. I'm not sure what to call it. but I'm worried. are there any vets on here?

It could be soooo many things  Please see a vet. Also there’s a “fur babies” group. Maybe someone there would know a little better

Looks like she might be producing milk. Id go to a vet!! It could be a hormonal instability or she might be pregnant
