thanks and wonder
I posted a few days ago about how I don't like my body. Thanks to those who replied to my post it had really helped me out. I have started walking more, have added in a 7 min workout to my day, and looking at my calories via MyFitnessPal. I have been trying to grab healthier snacks instead of the junk (today has been hard). I have managed to keep calories in the green the last 3 days.
I feel like I'm always hungry how do I combat that. What do you all do? Help me out cause I'm struggling today.
