Confused? 🤔

So here is the story.... took out IUD last October to try for baby #3. Found out i was pregnant and loosing all on the the same day, Christmas Day! Which also happens to be our 2nd daughters birthday! Had an eptopic pregnancy and was given methotrexate injections to help me. No surgery needed thank God! Now fast forward to now, my period is just about on point! More regular than irregular. I just got on board with my husband with trying again as it took me a minute to feel i was ready again. We were not at all careful these last two months and i was supposed to have my period Thursday and still no show. I have all the symptoms of my period but yet they come and go, along with some weird symptoms but nothing too alarming. Oh and let me not forget the clear cm too. I DID test Thursday and negative. I tested again yesterday and negative. There seems to be no show of af but I’m so confused! Shouldn’t i get a positive by now? Or just wait for Af??? TIA ladies!
