I have the medela breast pump. It just came in the mail. What all do i need to go with it and what quantities? Parts, storage, replacement stuff...? I’m a ftm so i have no idea! Thanks

Not trying to be funny but it’ll be a hell of a lot easier to call a local lactation consultant to have them walk you through it than it would be to have someone type it out. It’s just way too much to explain on a forum. There are a lot of small pieces and you want to make sure your flanges fit properly to ensure you’re pumping efficiently. It’ll be really helpful to have an in-person tutorial. I honestly wish I’d met with an LC before I gave birth instead of having the FTM panic after.

as far as how many that all depends on how much pumping and washing you plan on doing. I pump twice a day if I can so I have 2 sets of everything that needs washing and wash once a day.
