Acne?

I’m going into 10th grade and I’ve had acne since 4th grade and idk what to do or how to get rid of it.

I just want clear skin all over. Any advice, products, or tips?

Drink LOTS of water. I started doing this and I felt more refreshed and my skin cleared up. Wash your face every morning with an oil free foaming face wash followed with an oil free daily moisturiser. Find the products for you! Some may douse you to break out. Some won’t. ALWAYS take your makeup off and wash your face at the end of a long day! It will also make you feel better when you wake up☺️try and not touch your face or lean on your hand at school etc and keep your hands and phone screen clean. Try and avoid greasy foods. Don’t wear makeup ever day- let your skin breathe. Most importantly don’t squeeze/pick your pimples to avoid spreading and scarring- if the pimple’s small just let it heal over the day/ night and it will go on it’s own. If it’s quite big then clean your hands, squeeze it (only if it has a white head) then clean your face or area of the spot.  
As for your body-  try wearing your hair up off your back and make sure it isn’t transferring oil into your skin. Again wash it with the right shower products- try and wash your body last to make sure no suds are remaining on your body especially hair conditioner which can be quite tough to come off your skin! Wear tops that aren’t tight fitting again to let you skin breathe.
Lastly, if none of this works, keep doing what you’re doing! Remember you’re still at teenager and it’s so normal to have breakouts. I bet everybody around you is so used to having their own spots/being around people that do that they won’t even notice it! Remember that confidence radiates from within, you don’t need a smooth canvas to be beautiful☺️❤️
