This is my first pregnancy and for the past couple of weeks I have been experiencing very intense pelvic pain and paralyzing lower back pain. My last appointment my babys head was in my pelvis and my doctor thinks this is what's causing the pain but I'm not sure its supposed to be this bad. I want to burst into tears just rolling over in bed, getting out of bed , standing, walking... everything i do f****** hurts. Is this a sign of labor? or is this normal pregnancy at 33 weeks?

I'm so ready to give birth to my son my body is exhausted .
