I just use a body pillow but have been using it since the beginning, 36 weeks now. I would start early using one early if ur not a side sleeper.. you need to train urself to sleep on ur side..

Agreed on getting a regular body pillow. There’s a highly rated one on amazon for $12. I thought the pregnancy pillows were too heavy and bulky and towards the end I felt like I was wrestling with an alligator whenever I tried to turn over. It definitely did not help.

I don't use a pregnancy pillow I just use a big pillow from our bed I just started using it maybe 2 weeks ago I'm now 40.2 weeks now and I only do it bc of the pain i get at night.
