implantation bleeding?

how long does it last? i been spotting for a week now, some days i do spot like 3 times really really light pink. other days i dont. never got an actual flow. af is due next sunday. i also dont know when i ovulated so i wouldnt know how many dpo i am. any experience ladies? i also been feeling my breasts really sore and full, light cramping on my right side. i been sleeping more then ever. i been taking ovulation tests and they been negative, im not ovulating.
