Pregnant after MC

I had a miscarriage last December at 11 weeks. I recently found out that I’m pregnant again, and needless to say, I’m scared. I don’t want it to happen again, and I don’t see the doctor for another two weeks. Has anyone had a miscarriage the first time, and a successful pregnancy the second time? I’m not getting my hopes up this time, or even thinking about it really. I don’t even want to look at the screen when I see the OB. So just seeing who was more successful the second time around?
