Okay so I just had sex ( and I have many times before ) but this time my Vagina lips swelled up a lot , what does this mean??

If it's just swollen then that's pretty normal after sex just from stimulation, but if it's kind of sore too then you could've been a little too dry and friction can irritate them, but that's also not a big deal. It's happened to me I literally just iced it to take the burn away lol

You may not have been lubricated enough and also rough sex. Don't worry, I wouldn't be concerned unless it doesn't go back down.
