Worried momma.
had u/s last Friday to confirm pregnancy, was measuring a few days behind what my LMP suggest but we saw a heartbeat. this is my 5th pregnancy 2 sons and ( 2mc). I've had cramping the whole time and I have no symptoms other than being completely exhausted. my previous pregnancies I was deathly sick with morning sickness. I'm really worried about my lack of symptoms. am I just lucky this time? I have a repeat ultrasound Friday. I'm now 7w3d
