How can you tell the difference between labor and Braxton Hicks? I’m having sharp pain at the top of my stomach about ten minutes apart. I’m 30 weeks.

Braxton hicks and contractions don’t feel anything alike. Braxton hicks feels like a tightening on your belly.Contractions (for some) feel like HORRENDOUS menstrual cramps/gas pains.

Braxton Hicks don’t feel like contractions, they make ur tummy rock hard for 30 seconds then go away, u might have a few in an hour but they don’t get worse or more
