NIGHT SHIFT and OPK
Any night shifters with advice for testing opk? I work 7pm to 7 am, 3x/week. Not always on the same days every week. When I’m working I sleep from 8am-ish to 4pm. When I’m off I try to switch back to normal.
So how I’m the world do you test? I really don’t want to do it at work
