I’m 20 years old and over the past week my sex drive feels non existent. I tried having sex with my SO three times and the first two times I just didn’t go through with it, the third time took forever to get me sort of into it. During for-play I was just not turned on. I felt embarrassed, uncomfortable, not good in bed, self conscious. I don’t feel really depressed right now and depression is something I deal with on a severe level and even when I’m depressed my sex drive isn’t this low or this dead. I’ve always prided myself on being a sexual person and usually have a healthy or even very high sex drive. I really don’t know what to do. Can anyone give me any suggestions on what to do or what might be causing this?
