Ovulation pain

Sooo yesterday was cycle day 18 and according to the app my ovulation day is today... well yesterday i was really bad pain on my lower left right side- like it hurt to walk (lots of pressure and cramping in that area) well anyways after peeing last night i had a lot of clear discharge(egg white) is this just me actually ovulating a day early?! I also felt nauseous and had lower back pain like through my hip almost... anyways any feedback would be great!!!

PS- my period has been super irregular but slowly getting back on track it was ranging anywhere from 40-75 days cycles but my last cycle was 37 days
