Unfortunately OPKs do not tell if you ovulated. They detect an lh surge which usually occurs prior to ovulation. Some people get an lh surge without ovulating. Some get more than one surge a month. Temping is the best way to determine when you ovulated. 
All that being said, I use OPKs to determine when my possible ovulation is coming up. I also temp to know when it occurred. 
And the top one looks positive, meaning ovulation should occur 12-36 hours after getting that positive. 🤞🏼
