Keto Quick Start
Alright it seems you all know so much about Keto so please help me quick start!!...
All I need is an infographic or something with rules and recipies... I'm so overextended I feel like if I can just get started I can learn more as I go.
I know there are a lot of Keto posts and you may be sick of it but I'd really appreciate help from those of you doing well with it. :)
