Question about my hair!
Okay ladies, so I just graduated nursing school, and it that wasn’t the most stressful thing I’ve ever done 😭 during that time I had extreme amounts of stress and worry, and my hair thinned a lot.
I also had to wear it up daily for clinical and lab, so the hair around my hairline broke off like such


They are growing back, but now I have these
baby hairs all the way across the hair line, and no matter what I do they stick out. When I wear it up, it’s awful, and even if I wear it down.
I’m trying to avoid heat on it so it grows back healthy. I’ve never dyed my hair.
I’m also 13 weeks pregnant so I thought maybe the vitamins would help it, but as of the last few weeks, I’ve started having the broken hairs/strays right on the top of my scalp. So when I do wear it town it looks like a giant frizz ball.
I’m so frustrated I’ve always had great, thick hair. Any tips on how to get this back? Any shampoos , treatments, or DYI hacks?
