Nipples pierced

I have many piercings, and several tattoos but I'm so scared to get my nipples pierced! I feel like it'll hurt so so bad 😩 Any advice? Also, since it's summer, I plan on swimming. How long after you get the pierced is it okay to go swimming in a public pool or lake?
