When should I start planning baby shower?

I’m think of doing the baby shower in September since I’m due in October and I’m not sure when I should planning? I have already started looking at Pinterest for ideas and I’m pretty much gonna keep it simple and maybe rustic? I’m not sure when I should start buying things either 🤦🏼‍♀️

I agree do it a little sooner so you have time to sort and wash everything,  return duplicates, etc. Had mine at 30 wks.

Do it at 30 weeks. At 34 I was tired and couldn’t walk very well.

Im due in January but im having mine in October, due to holidays in November and December also because if you don’t receive things on your registry you will have time to purchase them

Mine is when I’m exactly 30 weeks. I wanted enough time to sort through and organize things without feeling rushed. Especially in case baby decides he’s ready to come early.

I just had my baby shower 2 weeks ago i was 37 weeks and only planned for 2 weeks simple and small but just because i dont like big crowds and don’t talk to allot of people

I'm having mine in July I'm due in September. if I were you I wouldn't have it a month before you're due, only because whatever you dont get at your shower you'll have time to buy and I know when I'm 8 months I'm not gonna wanna do anything lol.
