Stress, morning sickness, or virus?

Starting Sunday evening I've had stomach upset and bathroom runs throughout the morning. I had this during my first week and now I'm over 14 weeks and having it again. I read you can have this symptom instead of vomiting. 
Recently started a new job and am learning quickly my boss is a jerk so I'm not sure this helps.
Husband had stomach upset last week so...
