Depends. If she’s half naked then obviously not but if it’s a friend or whatever then no it wouldn’t bother me at all as I like pictures of guy friends all the time.

I really don’t care. Most of his friends are girls. Most of mine are guys. We’re both very loyal and in love so it’s really no big deal. Will these other girls be able to top my backrubs and sandwiches?? no way 😂

If it's someone he knows/is friends with then I don't see why it matters unless it's obviously in inoperative picture. Both my partner and I have friend both genders... my best friend is a guy. We like people's posts because they are our friends and likes to see them happy, updates on their lives, etc. 
As long as it's nothing weird then it's harmless. If it's something that makes you feel uncomfortable though, just bring it up and talk it over.
