Teething and diaper rash?

Has anyone’s baby gotten diaper rash while teething? My daughter seems to be getting all 4 molars at once and has had a diaper rash for almost 2 weeks! I have done baking soda baths, several different diaper creams, powder, lavender essential oil, diaper free, etc. but it’s not clearing up. Her 15 month appointment is Wednesday but I know they will say it has nothing to do with teething. I talked to my mom and sister and they both said it’s a teething rash. It doesn’t seem to bother her at all but it looks so bad. Anyone have experience with this?
