4cm dilated 😲😲
I'm 37+1 weeks. Just left my appointment and had her check my cervix. I am 4 cm dilated already 😯😯 and 50% effaced. She said she could feel babys head and it shocked her i was dilated this far. She said add some steady contractions and im ready! Just wondering how long anyone was at 4cm before going into labor and to hospital? What can I do to get this going? I am anxious and so excited.
