The Handmaids Tale while pregnant?

Question

This is going to seem like a weird question but I LOVED the 1st season of the Handmaids Tale but I got pregnant before the 2nd season premiered. The first season had some stuff in it that I felt would have maybe made me uncomfortable if I was pregnant. Has anyone seen the 2nd season and think I should wait until after I’ve had the baby or is it not that bad?

I’m 20 weeks pregnant and I watch it. I love that show. I just have to remember that it’s not real. To each their own though!

I think it will be way worse to watch after you have your baby. I still think it’s so good and have been watching it, but the latest one is heart wrenching and I almost grabbed my 2 year old daughter out of bed at 1:30am just so I could hold onto her. 
(I’m also ~34 weeks with twins)
I was really looking forward to season two because I was so mad at the end of the book when I read it years ago. I NEEDED to know what happens after she gets in that car!

I’m catching up on it while pregnant. Granted I cried last episode when the commander went to Canada because it was an emotional episode for me but totally fine. If anything, it makes you appreciate the gift in your tummy a tad bit more.

Currently 34 weeks and I’ve been watching the second season. Doesn’t bother me at all.
