How old was your baby when you first traveled with them?

I traveled 16 hours each way by myself with a two month old and we’re getting ready to do the same trip again at 4 months old. We often travel 4 hrs for shopping as well. I’ve gotten really good at breastfeeding in the car lol. We also do tummy time and let him stretch out on the seat. It goes fine.

I traveled 9 hours by car when when my son was three months old to go to my husbands cousins wedding.

I didn’t vote because I wasn’t sure what you meant by travel? The longest I’ve traveled with my child was 3 hours and she was about 4 months old.

14 hour plan trip when he was 3 months old. Best plane trip ever. All he did was sleep and eat. It was glorious.

Newborn. I’d much rather travel with a newborn that’ll sleep the whole way than a toddler that needs to run around. The only thing about traveling with a baby is having to stop and feed and change them. DO NOT by any means just unbuckle them to feed or change while the car is moving. And of course don’t prop their bottle
