Short term disability
So the hospital I work for as a nurse said I don’t get to use my short term disability pay until I’ve been out for more than 90 days, but fmla only covers my job for 90 days (3 months)..... has anyone been told you can’t use short term disability while on leave unless you were out for more than 90 days? That doesn’t seem like short term to me🤷🏻♀️
