Went for a Blood Test and !!!!

I was 9 days late for my period over the weekend. I went to the hospital and got a blood test and urine test. BFN. I've never just skipped a period before. I have not had any signs of aunt flow, I've been nauseous for 3 weeks, loose stool, left nipple is veiny and my boobs slightly ache or itch on and off. i work at a pizza place and can not stand the smell of raw onions! I've been craving salty but usually it's sweet before periods. I have zero usual signs of aunt flow. no cramps, no spotting no chocolate cravings. I have nothing new in my life for stress or diet or meds. I'm going to wait until next month and see if aunt flow shows up. has anyone ever just randomly missed a period? has anyone gotten a bfp after a negative blood test later than a week after skipped period? I feel crazy. I just wanna scream.
