Weightloss journey
So i just started keto a week ago and the first day I messed up and felt Terrible and today I’m 5 days keto Strong with no slip ups. My sister says she sees a difference and for me I can’t I don’t know if Iv lost weight since I’m choosing to not let the scale define this journey. I just want to be healthy and feel good without the stress of the scale. I know it could be water weight and all that but do you y’all see a difference. It took a lot to post this photo since I’m having a hard time accepting that I let myself get this way so please not negativity. I use to drink only soda and eat whenever I wanted whatever I wanted and if given up soda and sugar and I at most stay at 14net carbs

UPDATE: I’m now on day 7! Officially my week down. I’m blown away on my results just for week one. I have been doing intermittent fasting 20 on 4 off now that my body is use to it I feel amazing.
