Can someone help me figure out what I’m seeing in my sonogram.. ? Lol it’s hard to distinguish what is what

Well you see babies placenta in front of their face, then their lips, and chin, and underneath their chin you can see part of a hand.

Looks like baby's mouth if you turn your phone to the right side

I see a hand and a sumo wrestler. Sometimes sonograms are like cloud watching lol I have no idea 🤷🏻‍♀️
