How to get 1 yer old out of our bed

Our son will be 1 next month and has slept with us since the beginning . Anyways he refuses to

Be in his crib and throws a huge fit and literally will cry for hours ( we check on him while he is in the crib). However we live in apartment so I don’t want him to be crying because of the neighbors. He is also very very attached to me I’m talking he won’t let me leave the room without throwing a fit . His daddy tries to do things with him and just screams our son only wants me and it’s very exhausting. So ladies I need help and advice on how to get our son out of our bed and into his crib so he sleeps all night and not so attached to me so he can be with his daddy and be fine . Mommy needs a break .

Also I’m just looking for helpful advice so no negative please .
