Yeast infection - home remedies

Ladies I need your advice I don’t have the time or money right now to go to the doctors and I got a yeast infection after going to the beach and sitting in my bathing suit for hours after (6- to about 9 PM) on the 14 th of this month there was also sand I already cleaned out with peroxide and a cup of water (1 tablespoon of regular peroxide mixed in 1 cup of water) twice I’m trying to subside the burning and pain etc. till I can make an appointment hopefully for this weekend. Any ideas?
