I had a sudden death in the family and I will be traveling in a car for 22 hours. I wasn’t planning on going on this trip, it was a trip my family was doing for my brother, not in honor of him but so he could see my grandma who couldn’t travel. Now that he’s gone and my family still wants to go, it doesn’t feel right not to go for a few days in memory of him. I am not high risk and had a stress test done to make sure the loss isn’t effecting the baby. How would you handle a 22 hr car ride? I won’t be able to stop by my doctor for evaluation before I go.

Also if anyone experienced this before, how do you handle the loss of appetite? I can’t eat and if I do it’s small quantitiesc
