Can someone experienced with diet and weight loss look at my diet?

If you’ve successfully lost weight and live a fitness lifestyle can you please review this and tell me your thoughts?

Breakfast:

100g light cottage cheese (with 0cal sweetener and teaspoon on unsweetened cocoa powder)

Lunch:

150g grilled chicken breast

60calories worth of steamed mixed carrot, cauliflower and broccoli

Dinner:

1 90calorie fillet of white fish

60 calories worth of steamed mixed carrot, cauliflower and broccoli

Snacks:

28g of almonds

1 quest bar

I work out for about 45-50 mins as well

I feel like it’s too much
