Brown spotting 15 weeks

So I’m 15 weeks tomorrow and have had the tiniest amounts of brown spotting I’m talking like a pin head size amount. Not had any pains just aches here and there should I be worried or is this normal, I’ve had no other bleeding at all through the pregnancy no implantation bleeding nothing?

Any advice please :(
